Valparaiso, March 29. The rebels have captured Ohimeral. President Balmaceda lias dismissed eleven Judges of the Court of Appeal and four from the Supreme Court. (Received March 31, 10.35 a.m.) ■Valparaiso, March 30. The Chilian Premier has resigned, and intends to contest the Presidential election.
