C.itch weights. Half a mile. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. The meeting will be heULunder the Rules of Racing. The Trotting Race under the Rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. 2. No entry will be received except on the condition i.hat all claims, disputes; find objections arising out of the racing, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme'to be final.. 3. The races are ; open, to any horse commonly resident 'n the district from the Ist October, 1891, to the data of the meeting, and owned by a person who has resided m ohe district for the same period. 4. The district above-mentioned is bounded on the north ;by the Selwyn River, and on the soutjvby the Waitaki River. . 5. Five per cent will be: deducted from the gross of all moneys payable m accordance with this programme for theexpenses of the course. 6.
