Catch weights. Half a mile. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. The meeting will be held under th Rules of Racing. The Trctting Racd under the Rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. 2. No entry will be received except on the condition i.hat all claims^ disputes and objections arising out of the racing, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision on al) points connected with the carrying out of this programme to be final. 3. The races are open to' Way horse commonly resident in the district from the Ist October, 1891, to the date of ths meeting, and owned by a person who has resided in the district; for the, same period 4. The district above-mentioned in bounded on the north by the Selwyn River, and on the south by the Waitak River. 5.
