RIILES AKD REGULATIONS. 1. The meeting will be held under th Rules of Racing. The Trctting Race under the Rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. 2. No entry will be received except on the condition i.hat all claims, disputes I and objections arising out of the racing, shall be decided by tho Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme to be final. 3. The races are open to any horse commonly resident m the district; from the Ist October, 1891, to the date of the meeting, and owned by a person wb> lias resided m che district for the same period 4. The district above-mentioned is bounded on the north by the Selwyn River, and on the south by the Waitak 5. Five per cent will be deducted from the gross of all moneys payable m accordance with this programme for the expenses o the course. 6.
