(I'El! I'RESS ASSOCIATION.) Hokitika., January 6. The Governor arrived yesterday morning, j;eing driven from Kumara by the County. Chairman. He was me,b by the Mayor and Councillors, and received addresses m the Town Hall. An excursion was made to Lake Mahinapua, where luncheon was partaken of, and he was entertained at a dinner m the evening. He left for Boss at noon to-day, and starts South to-morrow morning, Mr Redden wjth him. The weather, is very threatening.
