CHILI AND THE UNITED STATES.
Washington, January 30. The President accepts the proposal of Chili for arbitration. It is stated that Chili should salute the flag of the Republic. CHICAGO EXHIBITION. The Chicago Exhibition opens on October 12. There will be an international naval review lasting three days, which is estimated to cost 60,000 dollars. THE AMERICAN FLEET. The mobilisation of the American fleet has now ceased.
