Rees, J.P.'s.) iNpgCKNOY. —A. passenger in the train from'"'Clmstchurcli, charged with indecency, was convicted I ordered to be imprisoned till the court roso, this explanation he gave of the occurrence mitigating the offenceKline youths were charged with in<Je«jency within yiew of a public place. They were defended by Mr Crisp, who objected to the clause \nider lyhich trp charges wore made. The youths had been bathing in the mill creek on Sunday, and were seen by constable Hunt, who had visited the locality in consequence of complaints made by some of the residents. The ,cises were dismissed, the bencfr warning the culprits that they must take euro not to expose themselves when bathing.
