The following is the Ghristchurch Corn Exchange report for the week ending November 12 :'—The leading houses in the grain trade have been closed for the greater part of the wptsk f fl,nd if they had closed for the balance it would' not ha^e ma4e nmch difference to the amount of trade ,dphe, Wheat—We fear our remarks of last week I are bj.it too true, »r f d prices have given way, but not knowing of any fcransactjpjis worth recording as a lower rate we report last Week;£ quotations. Qatjs, IJarley, Peas>, md BjiANS—All inaotive, Potatoes—The shipments of thp week have bgen small, No orders of any size jn }*and. Bair>Produce- Active at quotations, the English market being very firm. The following are prices paid to farmers f.0.b., packages extra, potatoes and miller's goods excepted t —Wheat, prime milling, 33 4d ; others, Is Odtogs^d. Barley useless quoting. Oats, milling, Is j ld; feed, Js7dto 3 s lOd. Flour, best brand^ £9, roller. Bran.'&Ss, pollard, 60s —sacks included. Potatoes, 10s, at stations. Butter, farmers', 7d to 9d; fresh factory, I Id. Cheese, scarce, 3d to sd. '
