The Native Department has receivod advice that a survey dispute between section:) of the Uriweras has broken out again at Ruatcke, where Mr Creagh, surveyor, has been stopped and his in struments taken from him. This quarrel is between the natives themselves. A t the East C-ipe a trig station ha 3 been removed by some Maoris, The police have been instructed to prosecute in both instances.
