Paeis, March 9, It is reported that Arton, who is impligatpd \n the J^nama scandals, has been murdered. A painful sensation was caused in Court to-day during the progress of the Panama trial, by Baihant, exMinister of Publip "Works, admitting his guilt. He expressed l|is repentanpe and asked the pardon qf the country. Paris, March i<s. M. Sansleroy 3 declared that the two hundre4 thousand francs which he is alleged to haye received from M, Artpn were really his wife's dowry. Ttje other accused, except M. Baihaut, denied or explained the receipt pf the money, .. ( ,
