BROKEN HILL COMPANY.

London, November 20. At a lively meeting of the shareholders in the British Broken Hill Company, the resolutions, of which notice was given at Monday's meeting were carried, with only two dissentients. The discussion on the report and accounts was adjourned till May. Mr James Macandrew, Chairman of the Company, announced that the London Board would resign.
