LORD ONSLOW.
A CRUISE IN THE LIZARD.
His Excellency Lord O>*slow and RearAdmiral Scofct appear very favourably impressed with the many attractions of the Waitemata and Hauraki Gulf and vicinity, and have already made several excursions out of the harbour to Motubapu, Waiwera and elsewhere. This morning they left again for a short cruise round Motutapu and past a nnmber of the outlying islands in the British gunboat Lizard, which steamed out of the harbour about 10 a.m. to-day. The party, which included Captain Saville, A.D.C., and His Excellency, intended to land at Home Bay, Motutapu, for a few hours' shooting. The Lizard returns this evening.
