In connection ■with an. application by the Devonport Borough Oouncilj asking permission to 1 erect municipal skids on the foreshore at Devonpbrt,. the secretary of the Auckland Harbour Board wrote, stating that the Board had decided to grant the application, subject Ho : the skids being erected in conformity •with the harbour maeter's report on the matter. In his report, Capt. Duder suggested several alterations to the'pro- ' posed skids. It w*e decided to refer j the. question to the Streets and "Work* Committee. ' ' .
