OTAGO DISLOCATION.
TRAFFIC PARTLY RESTORED. , (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The Dunedin-Qticenstown traffic was resumed this morning. The Queenstown break on the Kingston line is being repaired. At Queenstown passengers and mails had to be taken to the wharf in small boats.
