STRUCK BY A TABLET.
DEATH OF MR. GRANT. _^ (By Telegraph—Press Association.) * PALMERSTON NORTH. Monday. Mr. Robert Grant, one of the two immigrants who were struck by a tablet when the second Auckland-Welling-ton express was passing Halcombe station to-day, died after an operation at 5.40 p.m. He never recovered consciousness As far as known deceased was a single man, and has no relatives in the Dominion.
