NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by an Order dated December 17. 1980, the High Court of New Zealand .has directed separate meetings of the holders of: (i) The 5i% Preference Shares of the Company; and (II) The Ordinary Shares of the company respectively to be convened for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit. approving (with or without modification) a Scheme of Arrangement proposed to be made between the Company and the holders of its said respective classes, of shares, such meetings to be held at the BP Theatrette.
