CHARGE OF MURDER.
, « THE DEATH OF ELIZA BARKOW, By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (ltec. January IB,'IX p.m.) London, January 16. Mrs. Seddon has been arrested on a chajrge of 'being an accessory to the alleged murder of Eliza Barrow. Evidence was given to the effect that the Seddons induced Eliza Barrow to lodge with them and give them hor property, including .£I6OO and India stock, in consideration of Seddon paying her thr.se pounds a week, A cablegram dated December 5 stated that Frederick Seddon, district superintendent of the London and Manchester Assurance Company, had been arrested i on a charge of,poisoning Eliza Barrow by giving her arsenic. The body of the woman was exhumed. It is alleged that Seddon controlled the woman's properly, and paid her an annuity.
