Clarence Moore was ordered to pay 10s., costs only, for failing to report an accident to the police. Driving in a manner dangerous to the public cost Harold Manger £2. Joseph C.. Smith 10s., and Horace Mitchell ss. Not having a warning device on his vehicle cost Edward Fuge 10s. For leaving their vehicles unattended Katherine M. Parker was fined £1; William Forsyth, Peter R. Grant, William J. Mason, Irving F. Randell. Allan J. Salter, and William Wilson, 10s. each; Albert Stephens, 55.; and George D. Dick and Clarence Eaton were each ordered to pay costs, 10s. On charges of speeding, Lance A. Payne was fined £l, and James Craig 10s. Not having their vehicles properlj’ lighted. cost Kenneth Thumbleby £l, Raymond Wilkes 10s., and Thomas J. Firth ss. Ethel C. Ahearn was fined £1 for failing to signal when turning. DEFENCE CASES. For falling to attend drill, Percy Joye, Laurence C. H. Douglas, and John W. Mclnnes were each fined £1; Joseph I.
