Manners St. Replacement

Following (Ito demolition of (he premises in Manners Street occupied by the Freemans, father and son, for over sixty years, the new owner, Mr. G. E. Cox, has decided to erect In reinforced concrete a building that will be double the depth of the one recently pulled down. The new structure, which is being designed by Messrs. Clere and Clere, architects, will have a frontage of 19 feet to Maimers Street and a depth of 100 feet. It will be of two stories only, The ground floor frontage, which will be occupied by the owner, will be faced with black vitralite, while the windows will be framed in rustless steel.
