The subscriber has been instructed by the Mortgagee to sell by public auction, at his Land Mart, Fort street, on Monday the 2nd day of May next ensuing, at 12 o'clock, THE WAIPAREIRA SAWING STATION, situate AT THE HEAD OF THE RIVER, On that paicel of laud in New Zealand, containing 127 acies and 2 loods, more or less, in the pansh of Waipiueua, County of Eden, and being allotment No. 10, Bounded on the Noith by a line 5,000 links.
