Thit.e ha\e been but few alterations in the shipping since our last suinmaiy. Five \essels only have ar11 veil from foreign poit^, while the same number have sailed. The haibour is still rather bare, but is bettei tilled than it was at this time last week, in consequence of the large number of coasfceis that have come up. The two ships now over due from London have not yet made then appearance; the Statesman has been looked for hourly, she being more than 1!^ days fimn the Downs. B^pnpeis leceived lecently fiom the Austialian colonies, we notice that a laige nu über of vessels have mailed, and that many others .no loading foi this poit, most of them being from Svdnp\' I'heie aie four or ihe on their passage from .Adelaide with bi eadstufl's, and al«o several fioin Newcastle with cattle. The biig PAcha, ftom Piince Edward's Island, Noitli Ameiica, i-- now o\ei foui months out, and may, tlioiefoie, be expected in a few days. the was to call at the Caj.e of Good Hope on her way, which would, in all piobabmty, detain her foi some time. The new uon clipper ship Scimitar has almost finished dischaiging her inward cargo, and will piobably sail eatly ne\t week for Bombay. The line ship Golden City, Captain Maitin, has dropped down the haibour, and will sail for Guam immediately. The Aberdeen clipper Gladiatoi has entered out for Callao, having discharged hei inward fi eight. She will sail at the lattei end of ne\t week. The arrivals for the week have been — the barcpe Glenshee, fiom Melbourne, with a general cargo ; the Cosmopolite, fiom Hobart Town, with a. general caigo ; the barque Derwent Hunter, witli cattle fiom Gipps Land, and the fine Ameiican ships Adelaide Bell and A. W. Stephens, fiom Newcastle, the formei with cattle, and the latter with c.ugo of coals and sheep. The departures aie — the scliooner3 Coial Queen, foi the South Sea Islands; the favounte clipper baique Kate, for Sydney ; tho baique Kate Waters, for Poit Albert, Victoria ; the schooner Pilot, for Hobart Town ; and the Koh l-noor, foi Newcastle.
