Per schooner Flirt, from Sydney : 150 tons coal, Henderson and Macfarlaue ; 1 ton beef, 2 barrels oil, order. Per ketch Isabella, from South Sea Islands: 6 casks cocoanut oil, 56 barrels arrowroot, 50,000 oranges, 1,000 pines, |11 barrels limejuice, 400 cocoannts, order. Per schooner Jennie Duncan, from Fiji : 40 bales cotton, 50 casks oil. Cruickshank, Smart and Co.

ARRIVAL OF THE BARQUE ANNE MAIN. The fine^ clipper iron barque Anne Main, Captain W. Main, arrived yesterday afternoon from San Francisco, after a fair run across of 52 days. She brings three passengers and a large cargo of wheat, &c, consigned to Messrs. Thornton, Smith, and Eirth. We have to thank Captain Main for full files of later San Franoisco papars, also for supplying ua frith the following report of his passage : — Left San Francisco on January 6, and crossed the Equator on the 2oth ; from 3rd February till making the Poor Knights, on Thursday last, had light variable airs and calms ; off the Knights the Anno Main experienced a strong S.E. gale, during which the ship took on board large quantities of water ; thence till arrival, light breezes and fine weather.

ARRIVAL OF THE SCHOONER FLIRT. The schooner Flirt, Captain J. Smith, arrived in harbour yesterday, from Sydney, which place she left on the 14th. She experienced light N. to KW. winds to the Three Kings, which were sighted on Tuesday last. Was becalmed off the Kings for 36 hours ; since then S.E. winds and fine weather. The Flirt brings a cargo of coals, Sec.

ARRIVAL OF THE JENNIE DUNCAN. The schooner Jennie Duncan, Captain Nichol, arrived in harbour yesterday morning from Fiji, bringing a cargo of produce and several passengers. Captain Nicliol repoits having lett Fiji on February 17, and had light northerly winds till the 23rd, then fresh easterly breezes with heavy rain and thunder storms till making Cavalier Island, on tho 26th ; thence northerly winds and fine weather.

HEAVY GALE AT LEVUKA. While the schooner Jennie Duncan was lying at Levuka, on Februaiy 14, a very heavy gale was experienced from the S.S.E., veering round to the north, and which continued also with great strength for twelve hours, during which the schooner Crest of the Wave dragged both her anchors, and was driven ashore. On bhe 16th she managed to discharge her cargo, and was hove off by running out anchors. The only damage done was ascertained to be some of the copper torn off. Several small vessels also went ashore during the height of the gale. The s.s. Eagle, lately arrived from Sydney, had to keep, with engines going full steam, head to wind, to keep her from going ashore. When the Jennie Duncan left it was ascertained that the damage done waa veiy small, considering the force of the gale.

The schooner Tawera cleared at the diatoms on Saturday for Poveity Bay, for which port she will sail to-day. She takes the following cargo :—5: — 5 tons flour, 58 bags sugar, 9 coilß rope, G cases sardines, 4 cases nails, 2 cases saddles, 2 sacks, Gl bags potatos, J. S. Macfarlane ; 1 parcel, B Gittos ; 1 case drapery, Owen and Graham ; 7 packages merchandise, E. and H. Isaacs ; 5 packages merchandise, 1 hogshead rum, 1 bale 2 cases drapery, L. D. Nathan and Co. ; 1 portmanteau, P. •> cherff ; 1 cask wine, 1 cask brandy, 2 cases wine, 30 cases brandy, 10 cases -w hiskey, 10 cases old torn, 3 tons biscuit, order. N The schooner Ivanhoe arrived yesterday morning from Mangonui, with a general cargo and several passengers. The .schooner Aurora arrived on Saturday night last, from the coast. The sailing of the barque Novelty has beeu detained till to-day, when she ivfll take her departure for Sydney. The ketch Isabella arrived yesterday morning from the South Sea Islands, with a cargo of fruit, &c, as per imports. The schooner Queen of the Isles arrived yesterday afternoon from Launceston, which place she left on the 7th instant. She brings a full general cargo. The schooner Fortune arrived in harbour yesterday from the East Coast, with a cargo of about 900 bushels wheat. The s. s. Phoebe is announced to sail for Southern ports about Thursday next. The f.s. Comerakg. — The Comerang, Captain Chrisp, arrived in harbour on Saturday night last, from Tauranga ; she brings a small general cargo, and several passengers.
