Upon reading the affidavits of Daniel Hugh McKenzie and John Williamson sworn and filed herein, I do OTder that the said John Williamson, a Curator of the Estates of Deceased Persons, shall be Administrator of all and singular the goods, clutteh, and credits of GEORGE MAJOR, of Auckland, seaman, deceased ; and that this order be published in the Daily Southern Cross and New Zealand Herald newspapers, as the Intestate Estates Act, 18C5, directs.
