Inwards Coastwise.— Three Brothers, cutter, 18 tons, Blair, from the Great Barrier, with 3S tons firewood ; Ellen, schooner, 30 tons, Roundtree, from Omaha. There was no appearance of the mail steamer Macgregor, now due from Sydney, at the time of our going to press, and it is probable that she will not make her number until tins, morning, as she was only announced to lu.i\ e Sydney .it 2 p.m., on the 4th instant, and thu hi; ivy weather prevailing for tho last two d.vys on the coabt would doubtless delay her. The Ellen, schooner, from Onuha, amved yesterday evening with a cargo of fhewood and bhingles. The cutter Sovereign of the Seas is announced to sail for Wangarei this evening. The barque EspeouLidor hauled off from the wharf into the stream yesterd ly morning, and will sail in a few days for the Kaipar.v. The New Zealand Shipping Company's ship Ciller Ou commenced discharging her London c.ugo yeateid ly luouung. The schooner Effie Meiklc arrived yesterday morning from Gisbome, via East Coast, with a caigo ot produce, pigs. &c. Tlie cutteis Soveieign of the Seas, and Wangaiei, both .vi rived from Waugarei yesterday morning, with cargoes of produce. The cutta Staffa arrived fiom Wahoa with a cargo of produce, yesterday morning. The schooner Lsotitn cleared outward at the Customs yesteiday for Raiotonga, with .i caigo of sundries, and several passengers. She hauled off from the wharf in tho morning, and will sail to-day. The achoonor Queen, from Hokianga and Wangaroa, arrived yesterday morning, with a ' cargo of timber, &c, for Mr. G. Holdahip. The schooner Ann McLeod arxived from Wangai'ci yesteuliy morning, with a cirgo of firewood. The three-masted schooner Estello is announced for sale or chirter, Mr. G-. W. Binney is the agent. TJiq following co.vi.ters left the Manukau yesterday morning : Hero, for Kaipara, with timber; Mary "Webster, ballast; Amaranth and Tawera, with xundries, for Waikato ; Dawn, cutter, with sundries, for Raglan. The s.s. Wellington will leave the Manukau, for Southern ports, to-morrow morning at 2 p.m. The i.s. Phoebe leftNelnon for New l'lymouth on Wednesday evening at 11 p.m., and may be expected in the Manukau this morning. The ship Fernglen ia to take up the berth at the wharf, now occupied by the Emily McLaren, that vest>el being about to sail for Napier. The Fernglan will be loaded with despatch, an a huge portion of her caigo is awaiting hor. The s.s. Rowena will leave for Tauranga and Ohiwa via Mercury Bay, this afternoon, at 1 p.m. A biig was aignalled ycsteiday afternoon, and anchoied outride the reef. She will piobably prove to be the Jane, which sailed foi Newcastle on Wednesday afternoon, put back thiough stiess of weather.
