WAIPUKURAU SPORTS GATHER1NG. MANY VISITORS COMPETE. The presence of a goodly contingent of visiting competitors from Napier, Hastings and Dannevirke went a long way torward making an outstanding success of the newly formed Waipukurau Amateur Athletio Club's first meeting on Saturday. Apart from the fine afternoon and a record attendance of athletes, there was also an excellent attendace of the public. During the afternoon. in _ the unavoidable absence of the president (Mr E. A.
