STUART— THOMSON. A wedding of much interest was celebrated at the Miller Memorial C'ongregational Church at 7 p.m. on Easter Monday, when Miss Ina Thomson, twin daugh'ter of Mr and Mrs J. Clark Thomson, was married to Mr lan Stuart, son of Mr and Mrs J. P. Stuart, of Auckland. The beautifully decorated churcn made a picturesque setting to the fcridal party. The Kev. F. de Lisie officiated at the ceromony, and Mrs W . G. Paton sang inost pleasingly. The bride was charming in ber pale golden gown of embossed cbenilie georgette, cut in Elizabethan style, with short train, and gold lace medici tollar and coronet of lace, finishe..' each side with a bunch of orange blosfecm ,over which was worn a silk net veil, embroidered in gold thread. Gold sboes were worn ,a sheath of iilies completing a very beautiful toilctte. The bridesmaids were charming piclures in their pretty frocks. Miss Agnes Thomson, the bride' s twin sister, wore a sleeveless frock of mauve georgette with dippecl skirt and deep hcm of golcl lace, gold lace bertha, finlshed with tiny libhon bows. Her hat «as hlack crinoline with ribbon sireamers in cyclamen coloured velvet. A tiny posy, with gold streamers, was carried. Miss Myra Hamlin wore a similar frock of cyclamen georgette, trimmed u ith silver lace and black crinoline hat, corresponding witli that of tho cther Bridesmaid. She carried a tiny pcsy with silver streamers. Miss Ina Stuart, the bridegroom's sister, lookecl charming in a quaint kanon shaded taffeta frock, witli silk net fichn, edgecl with blue and lemon l'osehud trimming. She wore a poha hcnnet in Vietorian style, and carried an appropriate posy. Master Jack Stuart wore an Eton suit and carried out his duties to perlection. Mr Laurie Stuart, of New Plymouth, as hest man, and Alr Alox. Thomson, as groomsman, cfficiently discharged their respective duties. The bride' s motlier was gowned in a handsome model frock of putty georgette, heavily trimmed witli grape vine lace, over which was worn a lace coat, with canary green posy. She wore a smart felt hat, trimmed with ribbon and osprey anri carried a bouquet of lemon and orange dahlias. The hridegroom's motlier was frockecl in a gown of nigger hrown and fawn chenille georgette, finislied with a diamond huckle. She- wore a toque of felt, finislied with chenille and feather posies, lier bouquet being sliades of led and lemon dalilias. Miss M. M. Thomson, eldest sister of the bride, wore a model frock of green georgette and an over-dress of gold lace, finislied with a diamoud huc.kle, and streamers of tulle, and hat tp tone. After the ceremony a reception was held at "Marina," the liome of the bride' s parents, where the decorations were most artistie, palms and ferns in profusion adding to the general effect. The bride' s travelling dress was a very smart sultana sliade niodel twopiece suit of georgette, covering which was a lace coat, finished. with georgette scarf collar, and toque trimmed with touches of .green and an Australian fox fur, the bridegroom's gift to. Ihe bride. The bridesmaids were the recipients of beautiful dress rings from the bridegroom. The bride and bridegroom left by car for the north.
