A fashionable wedding of mueh interest at AVaipuwa,' took plaee at St. Peter's Church, wlien Aliss Zoe Witlierow, daughter of Air and Alrs F. J. Witherow, of "Willowbank," Waipawa, and Air Eric Fulton, of Auckland, son of Air and Alrs Fulton, Dunedin, were united in the lioly bonds of matrimonv by the Rev. J. Pigot, of Waipawa. Girl friends of the bride had decorated the church most arti.stieallv with tlahlias an(l other flowers and foliage all in Autumn tints. ATrs Swain presided at tlie organ. Tlie bride was given away by lier f'ather and looked very picturesque in bridal attire of apricot taffeta. The bodice was close-fitting and the skirt tiered with frills, with a dipped hem. The beautiful lace vei'l, lent by Alrs AYnltoti, was secured 011 the head with a tinv eirclet of orange hlossoms. Shoes that blended with her frock wero worn and a beautiful bouquct of eariiation.s, roses and ferns was carried. Aliss Ycra AVitherow attendcd her sister as hridesmaid and was daintly frocked in ]ialc eelery green georgette, made in the latest mode and. witli it was worn a picture felt liat. A bouquet of Autumn tinted flowers and foliage was carried, Afr Tickner attendcd as best man. After the ceremony. the guests motored to "AYillowband," tlie liome of the bridc's ]iarents. Air and Alrs Witherow received the guests, wlio were most sumptuously eiitertained-
Alrs V ltherow was wcaring a hanrisome' gown of black lace over grey and a black liat. T'lie bridal table was deeorated with small pink lilies atul maidenhair fern. The handsome thrcc-tiered wedding eako was liome-made and beautifully iced. The Rcv. J. Piggot proposed the toast of the liridal pair. The toast of the bride.smaids was proposed hy Air Tickner, and Air AY. II. Rathbone proIiosed tho toast of the parents. In future Air and Alrs Eric Fulton will reside in Auckland and on tlieir departure they were the recipients of a host of good wislies from their large eircle of friends, among whom they were most popular. T'lie bride travelled in a frock of hrown broehe crepe de cliine with a smarty tailored coat and felt hat and a beautiful set of fox furs, the gift of the bridegroom. Alrs If. Peacock, aunt of the bride, wore a navv blue eostume with navy hlne hat and bouquet in cerise tones. Aliss E. Peacock, aunt of tlie bride, wore a toilette in grey tones. Alrs Aloi'gan, Napier, aunt of the bride, wore a hrown frock panelled at the sides, hat in lightcr sliade of hrown. Aliss E. ATorgan wore a navy blue and grov frock and red hat. ATrs J. Barrie. Otane, wore a black silk repp frock and grey furs; black hat. Others present were: — Air and Aliss J. Rathbone, Alrs Arthur. Afr and Alrs AY. Rathbone.- Air and Alrs Barrie. Air and Alrs A. Rathbone, Arrs T. Witherow, of Auckland, Alrs Bone, of ; liastings, Afrs Limbrick and otliers.
