NEW YORK, April 22 At Littlerock (Arkansas) tliirteen negroes were instantly killed and two fatally injured by a tornado 011 Sunday. Tornadoes, floods and bailstorms caused at least 22 denths, principally in soutli-western States. to day. The Mississippi is flooding a widc area at Canton and Missouri. New York City experienced a thunderstoriii, in whieh the thunder was so intense as to shake liou.se furnishings in oue section of the city.
