AUCKLAND, Last night, Cabled advice from the head office of the Waihi Gold Mining C'oy., Ltd., lias been received by the loeal direetor and attorney giving the results for the year ended December 31. The batance of the revenue aecount from 1927 was £32,190, the gross profit amounted to £116,824, rates to £23,347, depreeiation to £7917, and the interest dividend absorbecl £49,590. The balance remaining was £08,160, out of which the direetors reeommendecl a final payment of 1s a sliare free of tax, leaving a balance of £18,569 to the carried forward. The nnriual meeting will be held in London on Alay 10, and a. dividend will also be pavable on tbat date.
