All he thinks and is concerned about- is to get tbe man's head off as quieklv as he can." Deibler argues tliat he is shortening tlie agony. Tlio quicker tlie head is off tlie lietter. The public are now wondering if, as a result of Bergey's Parliamentary interventioh, a legal time limit will be fixed
