PARIS, April 25. Mr Gibson, interviewed bv Le Matin, expressed satisfaction at tlie reception of the American proposals. He was now able to discuss naval disai mament witb the representatives oi tbe Powers. America was prepared to collaborate on any and every cqmmittee which was created, eitber in the body of the preparatory commission or independently, and would give eonsideration to any method wbicli would bring a solution of the naval disarmanient iiroblem.
