. .. MEETING OF HAWKE'S BAY UNION I GEXERAL ADMJXISTRATIVE MATTER S. The weekly meeting o-f the manage ment conunittee of the Hawke's Bay Rugby Union was held in Napier last night. Mr J. W. Norrie presidmg over aii° attendance of Messrs H. \ . Phillips, E. A. Young, W. D. Corbett, A. Kirkpatrick, W. O'Neill, R. M. Hetvitt, A. W. H. King. B. Twecdie, H. Browu, N. A. McKenzie. A. D. Lyncli, J. W- Callaghan (treasurer) and jSY. H. Anderson (secrctary). The samo arrangements as ruled last year for the marking of the Taradale g round were confirmed. the chairman To interview the Town Board with refercnce to the supply of a new marking limchino. The il.B.O B. Club made application for the re-grading of R. T.awrence from I senior to jjunior grade, the application lieing rcferrcd to the classification committco. The Wairarapa Rugby Union confirmed June 3 as the date fnr the game against llawkc's Bay at Napier, the return gamo to he played in July. _ The Napier C'ity Council advised that the shifting of the night training liglits from tlie now to tlie old stana would cost £16, tlie letter being referred to the stand comnn'ttee. I11 regard to tho attendance of injured players it was decided that the offer of the St. John Amhulance to attend to McLean Park be aecepted and that Mosses Norrie and King make arrangements for Nelson Park.
