According to a statement made to the police by a night-watchman, incendiarism is suspected as the eause of a, fire which did about £30,000 damage at the timber mills of the Alillar's Timber and Trading Company, _ South Alelbourne, early this morning. Drenching rain aided tlie firemen. Police motor cycle patrols, just prior to tlie fire, made a tour of inspection of tlie yards.
