It i$ understood the Governinent intends to issue a maiiifesto next week dealing with improved educational facilitieS. 31 r Ramsay 3IacDonald, speaking at Port Talbot, said the new Govcrnment, of wbatever colour, would enter upon j an inlieritance more bankrupt than any Govcrnment in Britain had ever facefi.
