COXDITIONS AT HAVELOCK NORTH. An unusual quietness was noticeable in Havelock last evening, when the moon shone out througli the broken clouds. Tlie wind had lulled and the trees were 110 longer swaying in the violent galc. This morning the blue sky was sliowings eastward, althougli overhead the clouds slied occasional showers.
