HAWKE'S BAY COMMITTEE MEETS. .BIG COXCERT COM1NG. A nieeting of tlie committce of tlie Hawke's Bay Radio Society was lield last niglit. Mr A. L. Baker presiding. Preliminary arrangements were made in connection with tlie concert wbich is to be hroadcast from Hastings hy 2YA. Wellington, tlie date being left over until tlie return of His Lordsliip the Bisliop of Aotearoa, who is to arrange tlie Maori portion of the entertainment. It was decided to reoommend that the proc-eeds be divided equallv between tlie Napier Hospital Radio fund nnd tlie Hawke's Bay Radio Society's Ch'b R 00111 funds. Arrangements were made to hold Hm next meeting of tlie society on Tuesdav niglit next. when Mr H. Roberts will give n lecture and demonstration 011 sliort-wave reception and construction.
