In tbe- cases of Jack Rakatairi, Cbarles Jobuson, Williara Thompson, Jobn Emerson Lilley, Garrett Barvy, Aitbnr Johnston, Artbur Middleton, Lesjie Young, William Boyd, Williain McGaffin and Neville Plested a uniform fine of £l, costs 10s, was imposed. Charged witb having no ligbts on his delivery van at nigbt, Wor Ping, a Chinese, was convicted and fined £1, costs 10s.
