CANADA AND UNITED STATES Alarming Increase In Dominiou Figures.

OTTAWA, July 5. Experts regard tbe revised trade figures for May as alarming and showing a big adverse balance with tbo United States. Canada imported goods valued at 89,500,000 dollars and sold to the United States goods valued at 47,000,000 dollars. For the twelve months ending May 30 tbe figures were equally alarming. In 1928 exports were 481,750,000 and imports nearly 739,000,000, the adverse balance for the year being 257,000,000. In 1929 exports were 508, 250,000 and imports 895,000,000, tbe adverse baiance being nearly 387,000,000, an frcrease in one year of 129,0OO,00O.
