(Eeceived This Day, Kom.) RUGBY, July 1?. At Buckingham Palace it was stated this morning that the impmvement in the King's condition continueg to be satisfactory. It is understood that the site of the operation is quite clean and it lias not been necessary to nse draining tubes.
