YESTERDAY'S FIELD EVENTS. A GREAT SUCCESS. Some of tlie plougliing xvork xvas really a revelation of tlie art, tbe winner's xvork in the open class being xvell nigh perfect. Apart from the actual pioughing, the liorses in competition also attracted a great deal of interest, with their finelv groomed coats and "uatty" decorations. Tlie jumping events also created a great amount of interest and some fine pcrformanecs xvere recorded.
