At a meeting at the office at the C'cmmissioner of Foreign Affairs at Canton yesterday, it was stated that in view of Sino-Russian affairs havmg assumed a grave aspect, the bni'eau of aviation Was preparing a sc'heme for the expansion of aerial activities. It is now drawing up a scheme for tJie xiurchase of a hundred machines from an American aei'oplane company, twenty each of scouting, two bombing and ten training, costiug 2,000,000 Hong Kong dollars. The money is bemg raised xiartly by xmblic subscription. China axipears to be unified in her intention to resist Russia at all costs.
