WELLINGTON, This day. Tlie Ngaio took twelve hours to cross to Picton, instead of the usual four. At oue stace it took her 6| liours to cover 18 miles. The Wahine arrived up to time from Lyttelton, after a rough trip. Tlie iUaori ivas 25 minutes late at Lj'ttclton.
