(Beceived This Day, i p.m.j BLXTIAREST, Aug. 20. Owing, it is supposed to the intense heat of a fire, at Fort Domnesli, twelve'iniles from Bncharest. exploded. Explosion follotved explosion tlirougliout the night, the troops rushing to safety after the lir-st report. Fifty men stationed at the garrison are missing and 25 are believed tc have been killed.
