(Eeceived This Day, Noon). SYDNEY, This day. When the Federal Government has completely withdrawn from the Industrial and Arbitration Court the State Cabinet will take action in the coal dispute. A council representative of employers and employeos, will probablv be set up to adjudicate 011 mining trouhles and in the event of )io settlement heing reached. the Government will take action to ensure the carrying on of the industry.
