WHEN CARGO OF COAL TAKES FIRE. Later Towed To Port. (Eeceived 'rhis Day. Noon). CAPETOWN, Aug. 20. The King_ Cadwallen, which was abandoned with a, cargo of coal afire, en route from Durban to Australia, wag towed in to East London to-day. The derelict was sighted by several sleamers and m consequence a wbaler tug picked np the vessel 20 miles out. The cargo was buniing in the interior j of the bulkheads. The engines and hokl underwater appear intact.
