FINAL MATCIIES OF SEASON. j LAST TOUENAMENT HELD. For the finishing off of the hasketball season in Napier a tournamentl was held on Saturday, which was followed by a tea at the Majestic tea rooins. Unfortunately, the morning was voiy wet, but the afternoon was fine. Tlie tropliies awarded for the year's play were won by the following teams. A Grade. — High School A, who did not lose one game all the season. B Grade Schools. — Won by Convent, who lost one game, by default. Run-ners-up, St. Joseph's B. 1 B Grade Open. — -W011 by Convent Old Girls, with Ex-H.S. Girls B as runners-up. C Grade. — Won by Hukarere C team, another team which did not lose a game this season. The cup for the R'overs challenge tournament was also presented to exH.S. Girls A. The Kiwi Cup for the champion team in A grade (excluding school teams) was also won by ex-H.S. Girls. ■The association's thanks are extended to the Kiwi Club for its generous donation of two cups ; and to the Rovers for their challenge cup.
