BAIL AGAIN REFUSED. Settlement Further Postponed. (Eeoeived This Day, Noon). LONDON, Oct. 8. Mr Justice MacNaugliton, in' the Vacation Court, refused. an appiication for bail for Hatry and his co-defend-ants. Tlie oommittee of the Stock Exehange advised holders of suspended Hatry securities to ascertain without delay if the holdings are genuine and to inform the committee. Meanwhile settlement in these holdings has been further postponed beyond October 24.
