FINE WEATHER PROSPECTS.
The Meteorological Department's foreeast at noon to-day, for the following 24 hours, was as follows : "Tlie indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong, tlien deereasing. Tliere is a prospect of fine weather, dav s hriglit and niglits cold. Barometer, rising slowly shortly, but little movemefit at present; seas and tides, moderate."
