LONG SERVICE BARS PRESENTED. NAPIER TEAM FOR DISTRICT DEMONSTB ATI ON. There was a full attendance of members at the aiinual meeting of the Napier Fire Brigade, when Superintenclent J. Riddell presided. Mr G. Mitford Tavlor represented the Fire Boqrd and presented the followmg honours : — Superintendent J. Riddell, two years' gold har, completing 33 years' service. Deputy-Superinteiident Gilherd, two yeari' gold bar, completing 35 years' service. Senior Eoreman W. Ennor, gold star for 25 years' service (brigade honours wero accorded Foreman Ennor). Fireman O. Robinson, two years' silver bar, completing 19 years' service. Fireman J. Broek, two years' silver bar, completing 15 years' service. Fireman W. Palmer, two years' silver har, completing 13 yeaks' service. Fireman A. Fqrsytlie, two vears' silver har, completing 11 years' service. Fireman E. Symonds', two years' silver bar, completing seven years' service. FirQmen W. Olark and R. Symons, five years' service medal. Firemen J. Macnamara, F. .Tliomsen, N. Plested and J. Wilson, three years' certificate. It was deeided to enter a team for the district demonstration to be held in Hastings in Noveiuber.
