SHANGHAI, Oct. 19. Fierce fighting has occurred in the Saukiangkow district. The senders appealed to civilised nations to appoint a- nati-onal commissin to investigate the situation. The Feng Yu-hsiang rebellion is quieter to-day. _ Tlie oppo.ring forces are merely iakin^ positions., The Government is confident of restoring order, liut political observers are sceptical.
